The Awakening Artist: Peter Gunn’s Mission to Enlighten Humanity

Peter Gunn’s story begins not with fame, but with faith. At age seven, he experienced a near
death encounter that left an indelible mark on his soul. “An angel told me my mission wasn’t
over,” Gunn says. That mission enlightening humanity through art has defined every
chapter of his life since.

For two decades, Gunn served his country in the U.S. Air Force. The discipline and resilience
he cultivated there later fueled his creative pursuits. “The military taught me structure; art
taught me freedom,” he reflects.

Gunn’s literary innovation, Lyrical Linked Poetry (LLP), bridges classical poetic structure
with modern rhythm. His Amazons Series challenges traditional masculine heroism by
elevating feminine archetypes into epic narratives. “I wanted my daughter and every young
girl to see themselves in the hero’s journey,” he says.

His Sigma Squad graphic novel series explores deep spiritual themes drawn from ancient
Gnostic texts. Through this modern mythology, Gunn invites readers to see life as a divine
mission rather than a random existence.

Music remains his emotional core. As lead guitarist for The Angellics, Gunn channels passion

into purpose. Their debut album, Hazing Hades, resonates with both rock lovers and truth-
seekers. The upcoming single The Martyr continues that tradition art with a conscience.

Peter Gunn’s ultimate goal? To awaken consciousness through creativity. “I don’t want
fans,” he says. “I want believers in a better world.” Through his art, poetry, and music, Gunn
proves that enlightenment can have an electric guitar solo.
